Raya, at reception very kind and helpful girl. We checked in at midnight and ekstra bed was not set but she made sure that we had everything. Even she was alone in the reception. Rooms and cleaning was top. Breakfast was very good and big choice.

Likes: * Location is excellent and with easy reach of Trams into Central Paris. * Plenty of parking (also has underground parking) * Staff are excellent and very willing to help and make your stay comfortable. * Swimming pool though smallish was excellent. * room with 2 double beds was of good size. Has a fridge, tv etc. * Located 5 mins walk from Westfield Shopping Mall. EXCELLENT.

The room were cleaning and housekeeping would come and clean my room everyday during my visit. Also, The breakfast and dinner was really good and accommodating. Lastly the swimming pool was a great facility for me and sister to enjoy and spend time. I love how nearby the hotel there’s food chains like KFC, McDonald’s as well as a massive Westfield’s as well.

The size of the room and beds are perfect for the family. Breakfast was superb with loads of choices to choose from. My daughters love the swimming pool and the temperature of the water was just right. Your customer service at the reception were very helpful and polite. Big thanks to them all. My family and I can't wait for our next visit. Good luck

Had amazing experience staying at the hotel. The manager Jayce was very welcoming and helpful and made sure we have an amazing time and got back to the airport safe. The rooms were big, breakfast had variety, games area for the kids, swimming pool fantastic. it is in an amazing location, situated right next to Westfield that has a big food court and many shopping stores. The tram and bus stop is a 7 minute walk from the hotel which made it very easy to commute to and from central Paris. We received a five star stay in a four star hotel.We are definitely coming back. I was traveling with my two kids and my husband. The kids loved the heated pool. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. The reception had an arcade game and a foosball table so my kids were very happy. The room was comfy, bit bath, big beds, great view. We didn't have to pay for the car park. All good. The breakfast had a LOT of options, very very good buffet! I would recommend this hotel.

I was given a big room despite not booking one. It might have been a regular room I'm not sure, but it was huge! Mini fridge Clean and tidy with cleaners coming in and making bed every day in time for when I returned Comfortable bed 5 minute walk from Westfield shopping centre

We were given 2 communicating rooms. It was really handy, the kids sleept in one room and us in the other one. Private car park was nice. Air conditioning and pool were great to cool down on very hot days. Also there was a breakfast added to our bill, when I informed the staff of the mistake it was promptly corrected. Cleaning staff was also very helpful, I mentioned that a bottle opener was missing from the room they gave me one straight away.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice, the beds are fantastic and super compfy, was nice to have two pillows per person, super nice to have a bathrobe waiting for you, pool looked lovely, great opening hours. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

The beds were comfortable, family room is good size with private bathroom. The pool was nice, inside, and warmed, this was great for an end of the day with children. They also have a fun free video game. Also a piano and hang out area are downstairs. The staff was professional and nice. The breakfast is really nice and plentiful in choices! The location is great. With car Versailles and inner Paris are under 30 minutes drive. The taxi also is reasonably priced from this distance. Also walking distance to grocery store (and various more)
